Gender Democrat - The Manifesto

I have travelled to the richest countries in the world, up to the north of Europe, and have noticed that those countries are also the ones with the highest gender democracy.

If in one of those countries half of the population is female these women are not only representing half of the voters in elections, but are also given half of all other resources available in this nation:

In education, in property, in professional careers, health, housing, in community life and family.

After all, what else is economically useful but using the potential of every individual human being in a society - whether man or woman - rather than let it be lying asleep.

Only through this prosperity on a broad basis can arise - also because families with two equal incomes are financially more secure than a family with only one income (or a lower income of the woman).

Also the communication between men and women becomes more lively and interesting if those women talk about different jobs, who used to work only in their houses before.

And the peace that we all want, occurs automatically, when men take care for small children to an equal extent:

In his effort to raise and guide a child a man realizes that the human life is too fragile and too precious to endanger or kill it in wars.
Thus such men learn to solve conflicts carefully, and they raise boys and girls who do not carry a lifelong desire for a father within them for their lifetime - and try to compensate that in destructive ways.

Being such active fathers, they acknowledge the current situation of environment and nature in which their own children grow to live in - and care increasingly about ways to protect the planet, because they want to secure the quality of life for their children.

I too would like to live in such a prosperous, peaceful and ecologic country.

I too am a gender democrat.

The richest countries of the world

My manifesto "Gender Democrat" is based upon the connection between Gender Equality (the Gender Empowerment Index) and the Human Development Index (which is not only about the "richness" of a country, I admit).

But in almost any statistics about the richest countries of the world you will find Norway, Iceland, Sweden, Switzerland, Denmark, Canada, Finland, Belgium, ... which are also nearly always top-ranked in the Gender Empowerment Index (made by UNDP every year)
